Hello polish folk! Today's feature shows a beloved polish again in a different light. Here is Sally Hansen Pacific Blue again, in franken form! This one is definitely one from the vault.
I don't have a bottle of the frankened polish to show you because I kind of created this on the go and only enough of it for the one mani. It's literally one of a kind!
The colors I used for it are Nicole by OPI Brilliant Idea, Sally Hansen Pacific Blue, Spoiled Jewelry Heist, Love and Beauty Crystal/Multi. In that picture above, I put a coat of Zoya Opal on it as well.

I love the concept of a franken created just for that mani. It's like a jelly sandwich with a lot less layers because you just mix it all together. I made a little cup with tinfoil and just added enough drops of each polish to get a good mix and have enough for one mani. Some people may not like this idea because it may seem like wasted polish but let's be honest here, how often will I end up wearing a whole bottle of my franken anyway? Next time I do it, I will try to take pictures of the process.
I love this! And I totally agree, I have a couple of bottles frankens that I love but will never use up. One of them I've only used one time - there's just too many things to try!
ReplyDeleteThank you! You know, I have visions of potential combinations in my head all the time. But I wouldn't want entire bottles of them. The only frankens I do make are jellies.
ReplyDeletePretty franken. I'm sure all these are really pretty together in a bottle :)
ReplyDeleteThank you. I'm sure they are too. :-) I would love to see someone do it and take a picture!
